Las Administraciones Zonales llevar\u00e1n a cabo las 65 asambleas en las cuales, la ciudadan\u00eda priorizar\u00e1 un porcentaje del presupuesto de inversi\u00f3n, para definir las nuevas obras viales, de infraestructura o proyectos sociales para el 2023.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la Secretar\u00eda General de Coordinaci\u00f3n Territorial y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana estima que, aproximadamente, 2500 ciudadanos y ciudadanas participar\u00e1n con voz y voto en las diferentes asambleas parroquiales, de acuerdo al siguiente As\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n, al art\u00edculo 418, literal b) del C\u00f3digo Municipal para el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, que menciona:\u00a0<em>\u00abEl monto de los presupuestos, priorizados por la ciudadan\u00eda, no podr\u00e1 ser inferior al 60% del presupuesto zonal de inversi\u00f3n que se destinar\u00e1 a la ejecuci\u00f3n de obra p\u00fablica, programas y proyectos sociales;<\/em>\u201d.
