Fuimos estafados por un lotizador y durante varias d\u00e9cadas ninguna autoridad nos dio una soluci\u00f3n. Desde 2024 hasta la actualidad, la administraci\u00f3n municipal ha aprobado la venta directa de predios del asentamiento humano de hecho y consolidado de inter\u00e9s social lote A36 \u201cEl Bosque\u201d, un mecanismo que ha permitido avanzar en la legalizaci\u00f3n de terrenos que permanecieron en incertidumbre durante a\u00f1os. Este proceso se realiza conforme al aval\u00fao establecido en el registro catastral, priorizando criterios sociales y garantizando el derecho a una vivienda digna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-variant-alternates: inherit; font-variant-position: inherit; font-variant-emoji: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 1.6; font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-optical-sizing: inherit; font-size-adjust: inherit; font-kerning: inherit; font-feature-settings: inherit; font-variation-settings: inherit; font-language-override: inherit; font-size: 15px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; margin-left: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; color: #444444; text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"2297\">Con la resoluci\u00f3n aprobada, 108 familias ya accedieron a esta modalidad de venta directa y avanzan en la regularizaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de sus predios.
